TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By PURCHASING A TICKET, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Please note, we are unable to offer refunds on any non attendance or cancellations made by you, this is due to per ordered supplies & equipment.
We reserve the right to cancel or rearrange our workshops, and we shall endeavour to give you at least one week’s notice of any changes.
If a workshop is rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered alternative date(s). Please note no refunds will be given.
If you are displaying any Covid symptoms, we ask you not to attend your workshop. A workshop kit will be delivered to your home address with instructions instead.
In the event that the country is put into lockdown, alternative arrangements will be provided to ensure guests can create their arrangements in their home. Please note, no refunds will be given.
You will not use any imagery for your own marketing or teaching purposes.
No responsibility will be taken for any personal property or vehicles when brought to the workshop.
No liability will be taken for any personal injury obtained during the workshops.
WEDDINGS AND EVENTS
Reservation of the date requires a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of 25% of your confirmed quote paid by bank transfer on the date stated in the contract. Details will be confirmed at a meeting approx. 4 weeks prior to the wedding via email, phone or in person. The full balance is required 3 weeks before the date of the wedding, it is the clients responsibility to ensure the invoice details are correct.
Florence in Flowers will provide all the services outlined in your wedding proposal and will work with you if any adjustments need to be made. Florence in flowers has the right to substitute any flowers to provide the best quality possible for your day, whilst keeping with your selected scheme.
Minimum Flower order of £300
BASE COST FOR Delivery, collection and vase rental. This includes delivery to event and/ or Bridal party, Groomsmen and Venue set up. All vases and bottles will be collected the following day from the venue by a member of
the Florence in Flowers team.
BASE COST COVERS Manchester and Stockport postcodes, anything out of these postcodes are chargeD at an extra 45p per mile.
If the install requires more than 1 team member this will be charged at £15 per person, per hour.
Cancellation of the Florence in flowers products or service must be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Any deposit fee paid will be retained regardless of the circumstances of the cancellation. As per above, We must receive full payment 3 weeks before the event. If you cancel your event within this time, after we have received payment from you, we will be unable to offer a refund, and will retain the full amount.
